IPS Robotics software tools allows Offline Programming, which is becoming the most important tool for manufacturers who need to plan the work cells. IPS Robotics supports the planning and the optimization of work cell design by virtually placing orders with the robot and shortening the time to production. IPS Robotics uses 3D CAD data to create a virtual model of the robot and the workcell. It simulates processes and workflows inside and outside the cell.

IPS Virtual Paint Spray software makes possible to accurately simulate spray painting of a complex automotive part in only a few hours, and a full car simulation overnight, on a standard computer. It also supports both wet paint and powder applications with electrostatic rotary bells as well as guns. The efficient implementation of IPS Virtual Paint Sealing makes possible to simulate application of one meter of sealing material in less than an hour on a standard computer, allowing off-line programming of the sealing robots.

In combination with welding or painting/sealing processes through IPS Virtual Paint and/or cobot with humans through IPS IMMA, IPS Robotics provides engineers and planners the best tool to evaluate compromises and make better decisions.
