Upcoming Sessions in 2025:

September 10, 2025 – 1.30 pm (CET)

Best Practice Session: Cable Clip Functions

Our next Best Practice Session will focus on Cable Clip functions in IPS. You will learn what kinematic clips are and how they are used in different applications – from rigid components to freely suspended clips. We will show you how to define clips, utilize their degrees of freedom, and how to manage them efficiently in the library. Benefit from practical examples and tips for optimal use.

Previous Sessions in 2025:

Mechanisms: New Kinematics engine in IPS

In this best practice session, we will show you the new kinematics engine. For the first time, closed loop kinematics can be created in IPS and thus robots, multi-joint constructions and general mechanisms can be represented realistically.

April 9, 2025 – 1.30 pm (CET)

Operation Sequence: How to arrange manikins and rigid body motions in IPS

In this best practice session, the Operation Sequence Tool will be presented. The main application is currently in conjunction with IPS IMMA. Create complex motion sequences by combining manikins with rigid body motions to create new simulations and learn about other interesting applications of the Operation Sequence Tool.
